A unique live endoscopy course on September 25, 2008 -September 27, 2008 with simultaneous live satellite transmission of over 60 challenging endoscopic procedures from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Rhode Island Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and additional live transmission from Selayang Hospital in Malaysia.
NEW ADDITION: A landmark event this year will be the worldwide simultaneous webcast of the entire 2 days of live endoscopic procedures. This will truly break new grounds in the training and learning of endoscopic procedures. The course will also be recorded and archived for viewing at a future time. Thursday, September 25 - Friday, September 26: An outstanding national and international faculty will perform cases live and give state-of-the-art lectures on imaging and innovation in GI Endoscopy.
Saturday, September 27: Separate Hands-on endoscopy workshops for GI fellows, GI nurses and an Advanced Techniques workshop for gastroenterologists. NEW: Hands-On Workshops in Endoscopic Ultrasonography with lectures by noted experts in EUS, hosted by Dr. William Brugge at Massachusetts General Hospital
